Elixir is an alcohol-free product. It’s a mixture of Oxos (10-year aged natural vinegar) with small-sized fruit nectar enriched by various herbs and spices extracted. The aromas emerging from Oxos, nectar, herbs or spices extracted... ed create altogether an excellent product with dual use, either as a cooking and confectionery material or as a drink. It is served on the rocks as an aperitif or as a shot between or after your meal. It is ideal with salads, roast meat, fish and ice cream. It has strong antioxidant characteristics emanating either from the Oxos or from herbs and spices contained. It’s a 5-year aged vinegar-based condiment; a mixture of small-sized fruit nectar with pepper, cardamon and ginger extracts. It is served on the rocks as an aperitif or as a shot and is ideal with salads, roast meat, fish and ice cream.
