Mamidakis Estate come from early harvest Koroneiki and Tsounati olives from our family estate which undergo cold pressing in our olive mill within a few hours after harvest, preserving the freshness and nutrients of our olive oil to the maximum. This olive oil features a notably low acidity below 0,2% and a medium to high intensity taste profile with a persistent aftertaste. It is characterized by unripe aromas of fresh grass, olive and tomato leaves, artichoke and almond and intense bitterness and spiciness due to the significant concentration in phenolic compounds.
