Our company started its course in 1960 where its founder Dionysios Zois is behind the name Dionysos. He was the one who bought the first peanut farms and has since then been inextricably linked to the Aegina pistachio. In 1964 he opened... the Dionysos confectionery shop on the beach of Aegina, thus starting the retail sale of his production. With a vision for its development, it pioneered processing Aegina pistachios into by-products. He built the first workshop for the processing and transformation of Aegina pistachios and traditional sweets in the area of Mili Aegina. With time and our commitment to quality, our needs have increased. We have expanded our cooperation with more than 100 peanut growers on our island with the same passion and commitment to quality. In 2010 our experience and the imperative of modernization transformed our laboratory into the first and only in the Balkans Vertical Aegina Peanut Processing and Processing Unit.
