Production
Marianna's Vine Leaves are offered to the consumer packaged in pasteurized glass jars of 400. They are harvested in the vineyards of the Kazakis family by a specialised crew and transported immediately to the packing...
plant.
There the stems of the leaves are removed, weighed, packed in rolls and carefully packed in the jars with the brine. The jars are then pasteurised, pass the final inspection, the label is applied and the jars are placed in the cartons.
The whole process, from picking in the vineyard to pasteurization, is completed within a few hours, so that you have the full freshness of the May grape leaf on your plate.
