In the event that the product return concerns item(s) that were sent without shipping costs due to a total value greater than €69 and a refund is requested, then the refunded amount is equal to the value of the product(s) purchased minus €3.00 the cost of the first shipment and minus €3.00, if shipping is chosen as the return method, which relate to the shipping costs of your return.
If the product has been purchased during a special free return shipping offer or using a special relevant coupon, then the return costs are borne by the company, otherwise by the customer.
